Quoted prices do not include the clean-up or recreation of provided artwork. Any necessary adjustments will be quoted based on our hourly

IdeaWorks reserves the right to request written authorization of use with any client-provided artwork and will decline any order we
suspect of copyright infringement. Proof approval is required for production to start on any printed order, including those where the
client has provided artwork to us.

IMAGES
Images should ORIGINATE at the following resolutions (not be upsampled). Output quality is dependent on what is provided.
- LOGOS: vector EPS, PDF, SVG or AI files preferred
- IMAGES FOR DOCUMENTS: 300 ppi at full print size
- IMAGES FOR SIGNS: 150-300 ppi at full print size
COLORS & MODES
- IMAGES: leave in RGB color mode (sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile/working space)
- DOCUMENTS: design in CMYK color mode (US Web Coated (SWOP) v2
profile/working space)
- BLACK INK: use True Black (C 0, M 0, Y 0, K100)
- Rich Blacks will pool and may
create halo effects in areas with large coverage
- If
more than one black is present in your file, you will be able to see the difference between them
- ACCURACY: we can only check for color accuracy if you provide CMYK
swatches with Pantone codes for us to reference
- No match
is 100% guaranteed. Many factors play into color accuracy but we aim for the closest match available.
